Your OnRamp Session
What happens:
Before you join your SPPT group, you’ll have a 1-1 OnRamp session with one of our coaches. We take you through all the key movements you’ll use in SPPT, help you understand the training plan, and get you fully confident with the equipment, the gym, and the app.
Why it matters:
It’s your private, personalised introduction that ensures you feel prepared, supported, and ready to hit the ground running.
Your First Training Block
What happens:
You’ll join your SPPT group (max 4 people) and start your tailored sessions.
We coach your technique, set your weights, progress your lifts, and make sure you’re improving safely and consistently.

Our coaches use the OnRamp to assess your movement and we are qualified to adapt exercises so you can train safely and progress at your pace as you rehabilitate and improve old injuries and niggles. Strength training is one of the best ways to do this!
We offer 1x, 2x or 3x sessions per week including full gym access, full app access, AND a 1-1 accountability coach. No hidden fees. This works out at less than £10 per session! Unbeatable value.
